Senior Management
Robert L. Fuqua, Jr.
President & CEO
Mr. Fuqua brings a wealth of business and organizational leadership experience to Atlas. After 6 years as an Officer and Ranger in the United States Army, he held senior management positions at multi-national pharmaceutical, marketing, and consulting firms. Mr. Fuqua earned a BS in Political Science and Systems Engineering, with Honors, from the United States Military Academy at West Point, and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
Jon Chesser
VP of Construction Solutions
Mr. Chesser has more than a dozen years of experience as a sales and marketing manager, product manager, business process consultant, and project manager. Mr. Chesser is responsible for ensuring Atlas’ RFID based materials management solution, Jobsite Visibility Extension (Jovix™), continues to eliminate or reduce the use of manual, paper based inventory control and preventative maintenance processes for the EPC Construction Market. Prior to joining Atlas, he served as a Vice President at Colonial Bank and Compass Bank. Mr. Chesser holds a BA in Marketing from Auburn University, and an MBA from the University of Alabama in Birmingham.
Shain Armstrong
Business Unit Manager, atlasRFIDstore.com
Mr. Armstrong has over a decade of experience in management, sales, procurement, and customer relations in the RFID, retail, and financial services industries. Prior to joining Atlas, he managed retail branch operations at Wachovia Bank, The Gap, and Express. Mr. Armstrong is a First Honor graduate from the University of Georgia with a BA in Criminal Justice Studies.

Subramanian Nambi
RFID Engineering Manager
Mr. Nambi has a decade of experience on the research, design, and industry application and implementation of various flavors of RFID, including HF, UHF, Active and UWB. He has a U.S. patent pending on the use of RFID in inventory tracking. Mr. Nambi earned a MS in Electrical and RF Engineering from Auburn University, and a BS in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Mumbai (First Class). He is CompTIA RFID+ certified.
Jared Elliott
Software Development Manager
Mr. Elliott has extensive experience managing all phases of the software life cycle, including the design, development, integration, and implementation of database driven client server applications, web applications, and embedded systems programming for clients in a wide variety of industries. Mr. Elliott holds a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
