“Data is Gold” – We collect data that provides the “5th D” to a 4D model where the “4th D” is the project schedule data and the “5th D” is the “Physical World Connection” data of the location and status (supplier, inventory, issued, installed, etc.) of the pre-engineered component.  By using advanced technology that continues to improve each year, we can capture material status while materials move through the normal materials management and construction processes without requiring the manual recording of data by a human.

Once you begin to automatically capture data about the physical installation of pre-engineered components you can begin to trigger financial events such as progress payments to sub-contractors and suppliers.
